Sen. John Boehner (R-Ohio) is expected to file for the impeachment of President Obama in the very near future. The White House is convinced of this, according to media reports.
Bohner, the Speaker of the House and the third most powerful political person in this country, is expected to try and impeach Obama for abuse of power and criminal acts against the Constitution of the United States.
Dan Pfeiffer, a senior aide to Obama, shared with reporters that “coming executive actions surrounding immigration reform” would only stoke the fires of impeachment.
“I think that Speaker Boehner, by going down this path of this lawsuit, has opened the door to Republicans possibly considering impeachment at some point in the future,” Pfeiffer added.
