After I came back from China, I lost a surprising 13 pounds. It made sense though, I exercised in the morning, walked around during the day, ate smaller portions, rarely snacked, and danced at night. But now that’s its been a couple of months back in the US, it’s been challenging keeping off the pounds.

I started doing Kayla Itsines Bikini Body  Guide, which has helped a lot, but I’m still not as active as I was in China. It’s been really hard for me. I find myself getting frustrated with my eating habits or my lack of work out results. I get mad at myself for indulging in cheat meals because I feel like nothing I’m doing is working. The funny thing is, is that in China when basically every meal was a cheat meal  (the food there isn’t necessarily all that low cal) I didn’t get mad at myself.  I didn’t really…
