Busy college student? 5 tips in 5 mintues


Honestly, college students may be a little to busy to focus on their diets. Students are typically running a thousand miles per hour. Many of them are too busy to worry about preparing a healthy meal. Eating a healthy meal and getting adequate rest could be your silver lining. A healthy diet can help you feel better, cope with stress, and perform better in the classroom and on the athletic field.

Getting into a routine can be quite tedious or challenging, but with dedication and time, it can be done. I have composed a series of healthy tips that all college students should take into consideration.
