Raw Raw Cakes

I got inspired to make these while eating one of my favourite coconut bars from Natasha’s Living Foods. They are really delish, so I looked up ingredients and tried to replicate without knowing any of the ingredient ratios. The beauty of the raw cakes is that you don’t need to know exact measurements and you can still make beautiful and tasty desserts. Plus you can taste it in the process and know if you need to add anything more.


(to make 6 medium size slices)

100g desiccated coconut
50g cacao butter
3-4 table spoons of agave
50g raw cacao
pinch of Himalayan salt
1 tbsp nut butter (optional)

Extra desiccated coconut to decorate
