When you enter college, as a freshman we will seem to enter an environment of stress. You will be facing many responsibilities that you didn’t have before you went off to college. Some examples are first of all planning life entering your college years, being exposed to new people, being on your own at a new environment, making higher decisions that you weren’t used to, and being away from home. That can get you nervous and start having anxiety when not knowing what to do. There is a simple technique that can help you in that type of situation to manage your stress. You should keep your mind organized with things you have to do. To accomplish that you can jot down a to-do list. Next make a planner to manage your time, make sure you do things in a timeline matter so you can get things done…
